Returns of Seller’s stock products, not custom-made for the Buyer, can be made within 60 days provided the product, in Seller’s sole determination, is unused and in new condition so that it can be returned to Seller’s inventory. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for any and all returns, and credit will not be issued until the condition of the returned product is verified by responsible parties.
